Sunshine Plaza’s, advanced parking system is based on licence plate recognition, making it easier to enter and exit the centre.

Staff parking is available on the rooftops of the Kmart, David Jones and Myer car parks. Parking costs are $5 per day for staff. 

You will need to register your car details at the link below to access staff parking rates, as the Plaza uses ticketless parking: Click Here.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 

To register your new staff parking account, you must complete the below steps. 

STEP 1

Navigate to the below link

https://parking.sunshineplaza.com/public/home.htm

STEP 2

Register Now

STEP 3

Enter all your details and ensure you have selected I am a retail staff member.

Enter your store information.

Step 4

Enter your vehicle details and select your preferred payment option from the drop down.

STEP 5

Review details and submit.

STEP 6

 You will receive an automated email confirming your registration and this will provide you with a temporary password. Log in and create your own unique password.

STEP 7

It is your responsibility to ensure you keep your account updated removing old cars and adding new ones and keeping your credit card in date with sufficient funds.

IMPORTANT

If you have a PAYG account and believe you have been overcharged when parked in one of our designated staff car parks, our parking team check all pending parking payments the following morning and will correct any overcharges – please check the transactions in your parking account.

The staff rate is applicable to the designated staff car parks only, there are no exceptions during bad weather.

If you find your designated car park is full you must find an alternative staff car park for the staff rate to apply.

Your safety is important to us, should you need an escort to your car after hours please contact security on 0403 516 851.

If you have a pay in centre account and need tax receipts, please ensure you select for a receipt at the pay station or exit gate.
