Digital Directory
Sunshine Plaza has digital directory screens throughout the Centre. Retailers have the opportunity to display promotional signage on this in conjunction with other retailer and Centre promotional material. Display is provided for a maximum two week period, subject to availability and limited to four campaigns per year per retailer. Bookings are essential. Events & Activations
Throughout the year, events and activations drive traffic to the centre. These are communicated via retailer newsletters, memos and retailer briefing kits. The opportunities are varied and the Marketing Team would love your suggestions on involvement and your ideas around how you would like to participate to activate your store.
Visual Merchandising
Visual merchandising (VM) across the centre aligns with key retail events and seasonal occasions. VM creates awareness of a brand or product to drive traffic back to stores. Please email sunshinemarketing@gpt.com.au to lock in involvement ahead of the centre stylist’s visit.
Hoardings
If you are opening a new store or will be undergoing a refurbishment, the centre team will work with you to create a design for your hoarding that informs customers of what’s to come. The Centre Management team will organise the production and installation. Costs associated with hoarding treatments including creative, production, printing and installation are borne by the retailer.
Digital Opportunities
Website
Retailers have the opportunity to share special offers and discounts, as well as details of upcoming store events. It’s also important to ensure your store directory listing is up to date. Retailer summary, phone number, store logo and location is some of the most sought after information by visitors to our site. The website is also the vibrant hub of Sunshine Plaza’s digital presence, featuring curated content, the latest events and retailer highlights. Retailers are able to manage their store directory page, upload offers and events using the retailer portal - GPT Connect. Follow the instructions on the following page to sign up.
The Sunshine Plaza Instagram account has over 12,000followers and growing. Our feed focuses on showcasing latest retailer store launches, latest in-centre events, inspiration and more! We encourage our retailers to share images with by tagging @sunshineplazaofficial.
Content posted on Facebook is designed to drive interactions, attract new customers, and provide inspiring and informational content to our over 31,000 followers. We encourage our retailers to share images with by tagging @sunshineplaza.
Emails to our Database
Digital newsletters sent to our database update customers on events, retailer activations and exclusive centre offers. Your store event, product launches and offers have the opportunity to be included. Simply discuss this with the Marketing Team as positions within emails are subject to availability

GPT Connect is a retailer portal designed to help your brand connect with our centre marketing team and with our shoppers.
