24 hours’ notice is required of any afterhours access needed for staff remaining in a tenancy. 48 hours’ notice is required if you are having an event or members of the public will be accessing your tenancy (non-employees). This allows time for Security and/or Air Conditioning to be booked. Refer to contractor afterhours if you are having any works undertaken.
