A new chapter for Mask: We're opening at Sunshine Plaza

There's something pretty special about seeing a brand that started with 150 bottles in a Sydney flat turn into a physical space filled with colourful shelves, thousands of products and more than 70 fragrances.
And we're about to do it for the second time.

Mask is coming to Sunshine Plaza on the Sunshine Coast. Our new store officially opens on Saturday 12 September 2026, marking our second permanent retail location and a huge new chapter in the Mask story.

Bringing Mask to the Sunshine Coast
For years, so much of the Mask experience has happened online. You've read fragrance descriptions, taken recommendations, ordered scents without smelling them and trusted us when we've told you, 'If you love this, you're going to love this.' Our retail stores change that. The new Sunshine Plaza location gives you the chance to step inside the world of Mask and experience fragrance the way we always wanted you to.

Meet our 70+ fragrance scent library
One of the things we're most excited about is our in-store scent library. With more than 70 fragrances to explore, you can smell your way through Mask and discover exactly what you love. There are nostalgic scents that transport you somewhere instantly, alongside fruity, floral, sweet, fresh and fine-fragrance-inspired favourites. Because fragrance is personal, and sometimes you don't know you've found your scent until you smell it. 

A new store for a new Mask
The Sunshine Plaza store arrives alongside another huge milestone: the evolution of Mask. We're stepping into a refreshed brand identity with new packaging and an elevated look designed to represent who Mask is today and where we're heading next. It's still colourful, still playful and still a little nostalgic. Most importantly, the products and fragrances you know and love aren't going anywhere.

From a protein shaker to 380,000+ homes
Mask's story didn't begin with a store. It started in a Sydney flat with 150 bottles and a protein shaker. The idea was simple: we wanted to create fragrance that didn't take itself too seriously. Scents that could trigger a memory, make someone smile or turn something as ordinary as making your home smell good into something fun. That idea has now taken Mask into more than 380,000 homes. Opening our first permanent store at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast allowed us to bring that community together in person. Sunshine Plaza is the next step.
