

Caesar Salad Toast
This Caesar Salad Toast will become your new favourite lunchtime bite. All the crunch, creaminess and flavour of a classic Caesar, served on thick-cut toast. Easy to make, even easier to love.
Ingredients:
- 1 Vienna Sourdough Block from Bakers Delight
- 1 baby cos lettuce bunch
- 2 slices of middle cut bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1.5 tbsp caesar dressing
- 20g parmesan, chopped
- 2 tsp light butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 wedges of lemon
Method:
- Place the egg in boiling water for 7 minutes. Once cooked, remove and place into ice cold water
- Cook the bacon to your liking in a pan or air fryer
- Roughly chop the cos lettuce, bacon, peel the egg and cut in half
- Combine the lettuce, bacon, parsley, Caesar dressing and grate half the Parmesan on top. Toss till combined
- Slice the bread to make 2 thick pieces. Toast for 3 minutes (or to your liking)
- Spread 1 tsp of butter on each slice of bread and top with the salad mix. Place each half egg on top of the salad
- Crack pepper on top, grate the remaining parmesan and serve with lemon!
