

Burrata Caprese Salad
Soft, creamy burrata meets juicy heirloom tomatoes in this fresh twist on a classic Caprese. It’s light, luxe and ready in minutes. The perfect salad for when you want something simple but seriously impressive.
Ingredients:
- 4 large heirloom tomatoes (mixed colours)
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 x 200g burrata
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Thinly slice the tomatoes
- Assemble the tomatoes slightly overlapping on a plate. Sprinkle the salt on top
- Place the basil leaves on top of the tomatoes
- Place the burrata in the middle of the plate and crack pepper on top and drizzle the olive oil
- When ready to eat, slice the burrata open and evenly distribute over the tomatoes (so everyone gets to enjoy the creamy goodness!)
- Drizzle with extra olive oil and enjoy!
