For generations, families have shared Shingle Inn Christmas Fruit Cake, and it remains one of our most iconic holiday traditions. Made to a cherished recipe dating back to 1937, our fruit is soaked in brandy for three months before being baked with care. One slice and a hot tea or barista-made coffee is all you need to relax, unwind and get into the Christmas Spirit!

They’re back! Our famous hand-made Bites have landed in three irresistible flavours including Choc Cherry, Caramel & Macadamia and Dubai Chocolate Pistachio (the flavour everyone is talking about!).
