Sunshine Plaza invites you to join Healthy Heart Walkers, a free walking group. Led by a qualified trainer, join like-minded others on an early morning walk of Sunshine Plaza before it opens.
The program provides a safe and comfortable setting for walkers who want to enjoy regular exercise in a social environment.
Go at your own pace, enjoy a chat with fellow walkers and perhaps even stop for a post-walk coffee all in one go!
When: 7.30 – 8.30am Wednesday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
