ABOUT THE POSITION

FISHBOWL mixers are ambassadors of our core values, responsible for personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making beautiful salads from scratch.

Responsibilities:
• Personalised guest experiences
• Make wholesome salads from scratch
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination
• Maintain knowledge of allergen information and demonstrate proper food handling
• Maintain clean and organised kitchen area
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Greet guests, guide the customers and resolve any guest issues
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for you and your team
